Check a postal tracking number: item type, sending country and check digit. If the number is valid, look it up on Azerpost’s official tracking page.

An international postal number has 13 characters: 2 letters, 9 digits, 2 letters. Spaces and lower case are fine.

The number is checked in your browser against the UPU S10 standard and is not sent anywhere. The item’s status is on Azerpost’s official website. azerpost.az

When does a tracking number start working?

After the sender issues the number, the item has to be accepted into the postal system - this can take a few days. If the number is valid but Azerpost shows no data, check again later or ask the seller about the shipment status.

Why is the item’s location not shown here?

A tracking number is personal data, and Azerpost’s tracking service is protected by a robot check. So the number is not sent to our server: this page checks it only in your browser, and tracking opens on Azerpost’s official website.

Is customs duty charged on parcels from abroad?

There is a monthly duty-free limit for goods sent to an individual by international post or courier. You can calculate the month’s orders with the “Parcel limit” tool.
