At Meslehetci.az we respect the privacy of our users personal data. This document explains what is collected and how it is used:
What we collect
We collect the details you volunteer in order to be contacted (name, email address, phone number). Technical information such as browser type and visit date may also be recorded to improve the site.
How we use it
The data collected is used only for the following purposes:
- to answer your enquiry and deliver the service
- to improve the quality of our services
- to keep records where the law requires it
Disclosure
Your personal data is neither sold nor passed to third parties. The only exception is where the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan requires it.
Signing in with a Google account
You can sign in to our portal ("Meslehetci Portal") with a Google account. When you do, Google passes us only your name, email address and profile picture. We never see or store your password.
With the employee's explicit consent we may also request access to Google Calendar, solely to synchronise work meetings with the portal.
Data received from Google is used only for portal sign-in and calendar synchronisation. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with third parties.
You can withdraw this permission at any time in your Google account security settings. If your account is deleted, the data obtained from Google is deleted with it.
Retention period
Data is kept only for the duration of our engagement and any period required by law, and is deleted once that period ends.
Security
Technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
