What we collect

We collect the details you volunteer in order to be contacted (name, email address, phone number). Technical information such as browser type and visit date may also be recorded to improve the site.

How we use it

The data collected is used only for the following purposes:

• to answer your enquiry and deliver the service
• to improve the quality of our services
• to keep records where the law requires it

Google Analytics shows approximate city-level location (based on the IP address) and device information (type, brand, model, operating system, browser, screen size). For visitors who are signed in to a Google account and have agreed to ads personalization, Google provides aggregated statistics on age, gender and interests through "Google signals" - we see this only as an aggregate report, never per person.

For users signed in to TenderŞünas, Google Analytics receives not your name or email but a random identifier (User-ID) that cannot be traced back to them: visits by the same person on a phone and a computer are counted as one person.

When you accept this privacy policy while registering for TenderŞünas («I agree»), an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your email and mobile number is also sent to Google Analytics (user-provided data): the plain email or number is never sent. To withdraw this consent, write to us in the Suggestions and feedback section of your room.

You can turn off ads personalization in Google's Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) and Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Disclosure

Your personal data is neither sold nor passed to third parties. The only exception is where the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan requires it.

Exception: an irreversible hash of the email and mobile number of TenderŞünas users is passed to Google Analytics (see Analytics and session recording and TenderŞünas).

Signing in with a Google account

You can sign in to our portal ("Meslehetci Portal") with a Google account. When you do, Google passes us only your name, email address and profile picture. We never see or store your password.

With the employee's explicit consent we may also request access to Google Calendar, solely to synchronise work meetings with the portal.

Data received from Google is used only for portal sign-in and calendar synchronisation. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with third parties.

You can withdraw this permission at any time in your Google account security settings. If your account is deleted, the data obtained from Google is deleted with it.

TenderŞünas

• What we collect: to sign up, only your email address and a password. Name and mobile number are optional - you can add them in the Profile section of your page. We also keep the keywords you enter, the tenders found for them, the IP address at sign-up and the date of your consent.
• Why: to notify you on the site and (if you wish) by email about new public tenders that match your keywords. Email notifications are off by default and can be turned on on your page at any time.
• Sign-in is by email and password: the password is the 6-digit code sent to your email (a new one is sent if you forget it). The password is not stored as plain text - only an irreversible hash is kept. Codes and the IP addresses that requested them are deleted after 7 days, failed sign-in attempts (email and IP address) after 1 day. Your sign-in is recognised by a key stored in your browser; «Sign out» deletes it.
• Tenders are taken from an open source - the unified public procurement portal of Azerbaijan (etender.gov.az).
• The «Delete account» button on your page permanently deletes your account, your keywords and the tenders found.
• Messages you write in the «Suggestions and feedback» section of your room and our replies are stored in your account; your message also reaches us by email. The conversation is deleted together with the account.

Data is not sold. When you accept this privacy policy at registration, an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your email and mobile number is passed to Google Analytics - for site measurement and Google advertising audiences; to withdraw consent, write to us in the Suggestions and feedback section of your room. It is not passed to any other third party.

Retention period

Data is kept only for the duration of our engagement and any period required by law, and is deleted once that period ends.

Security

Technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
