How often is the data updated?
The count comes from the open service of the State Customs Committee and is updated every 10 minutes. While the page is open, the numbers refresh by themselves; the time of the last update is shown under the cards.
What do “on the way” and “in the queue” mean?
These are two indicators in the Committee's service: “on the way” - trucks registered as travelling towards the checkpoint, “in the queue” - trucks waiting in the crossing queue at the checkpoint. Tap a checkpoint to see the queue position of each truck.
How do I find my own truck in the queue?
Choose the checkpoint and type the last characters of the licence plate into the field above the list. Plates are partly hidden in the Committee's service (for example, ***X477), so only the last characters are shown.
