Accounting and reporting

We keep your day-to-day books and prepare and file monthly and annual reports on time. Unlike an in-house accountant, holidays, sick leave and resignations stop being your problem — people change, the work does not stop.

Who it suits: Companies that would rather not employ an accountant, or that need existing books put in order.

What is included

  • Primary document bookkeeping and e-invoices
  • Monthly tax returns and social fund reports
  • Annual financial statements
  • 1C 8.3 setup, migration and support
  • Electronic contract system rollout
  • Bank, receivable and payable reconciliations

Tax

We prepare and file simplified, VAT and profit tax returns on time, so the risk of late-filing penalties leaves your side of the table. If an inspection opens or a debt arises, we handle the correspondence and the defence.

Who it suits: Companies that would rather not carry the filing burden, or that have an open matter with the tax authority.

What is included

  • Tax registration and taxpayer number
  • Monthly and quarterly returns
  • VAT deposit account and e-invoice matters
  • Inspection preparation and correspondence
  • Debt restructuring and appeals against penalties
  • Relief from double taxation on cross-border transactions

Audit

We examine your financial statements and issue the audit opinion your bank, investor or partner is asking for; our practice holds the required licences. The review also surfaces gaps in the bookkeeping — the opinion comes with a written list of what should be put right.

Who it suits: Companies needing a formal opinion for a loan, an investment, a tender or a shareholder request.

What is included

  • Audit of annual financial statements
  • Audit opinion for banks and investors
  • Internal review ahead of a tax inspection
  • Assessment of accounting policy and internal controls

Other services

HR and personnel records

We draw up employment contracts, orders and leave schedules in line with the Labour Code and file the electronic notifications on time. As headcount grows, most penalties come from late paperwork rather than anything else.

  • Employment contracts and electronic notifications
  • Orders, leave and business-travel paperwork
  • Payroll and social fund contributions
  • Termination paperwork
  • Audit and reconstruction of personnel files

Who it suits: Companies with a growing headcount that need their personnel records put in order.

Tenders and ISO

We assemble the document pack for public and private tenders and run ISO certification from start to finish. Both serve the same purpose: meeting the formal conditions without which the contract is out of reach.

  • Preparing and checking tender documentation
  • Participation in the electronic procurement platform
  • ISO 9001 and other standards certification
  • Preparation for the certification audit
  • Appeals against tender outcomes

Who it suits: Companies bidding in public procurement, or whose clients require a certificate.

Company registration and intellectual property

We incorporate companies in Azerbaijan and abroad and take the charter, tax number and bank account stages off your hands. We also file trademark and patent applications to protect your brand.

  • LLC and sole trader registration
  • Incorporation abroad
  • Charter amendments and registered address
  • Trademark registration
  • Patent applications
  • Moving to an electronic contract system

Who it suits: Entrepreneurs starting a new business or expanding beyond the country.

Business plans and advisory

We build business plans with financial projections for a loan, a grant or an investor. On a specific question — tax regime, accounting policy, structure — we advise one to one.

  • Business plan and financial model
  • Document pack for a loan application
  • Financial forecast and budget
  • One-to-one advisory

Who it suits: Companies seeking finance, or advice on one particular decision.

Academy

Classes run on real documents, so what you learn is in use the same week the course ends. Everyone who completes a course receives a certificate.

Frequently asked questions

How is the price decided?

By your turnover, the number of monthly transactions and your headcount. The exact figure follows the first meeting, once the volume of work is clear.

How do I get documents to you?

Send them electronically, by courier, or bring them to the office. With most clients the work runs entirely online.

Do you replace my accountant, or support them?

Either. We can take the books over completely, or support your accountant through the reporting and tax stages.

What if there are errors in earlier periods?

We review the existing books before starting. Any discrepancies are reported in writing, and putting them right is agreed separately.

Who sees my information?

No one outside the team on your account. Confidentiality is a separate undertaking in the agreement.
