On 30 October İCMA and Meslehetci.az jointly held an event titled New Investment Opportunities.
The company presented its new advisory platform for property investment in Dubai. Tural Mustafayev, chairman of the İCMA Board, and Abbas Orucaliyev, head of Meslehetci.az, spoke about the company Dubai branch, now a year old, the aims of the platform, what it offers investors and how it opens the Dubai market.
Farman Garib of FGX Realty, the official Dubai partner of Meslehetci.az, and Mohamed Elzawawi of Binghatti Developments also spoke.
The meeting covered Binghatti itself, the options for investing in Dubai property, mortgage and credit terms, individual consultations, and the possibility of investing with a 20% deposit.
The event, attended by İCMA members among others, continued as an open discussion, with questions on specific developments and an exchange of views on international cooperation.
