Rahib Jabiyev, KOBİA regional coordinator for the Lankaran-Astara and Shirvan-Salyan economic districts, talked with the entrepreneurs and answered their questions. Elvin Nahmatli, head of the Lankaran regional office of the Ministry of Economy, described the licences and support mechanisms the ministry offers businesses.
